Warzone Imperial Hedgehog Necromower WIP
The son of a friend of mine likes the old game Warzone. I thought I would paint up a figure and give it to him. Here is a shot of it before I paint it up.
Where 2 Zulus are, 508 will follow...
Two of my 510 Zulus, er, 509 Zulus. Mom thinks she needs one in her china hutch. I guess she thinks her plates need guarding.
Fowey, Cornwall - Day 3: a walk, a roast and a pasty
Day 3 - it looked like it was going to be a good day with this beautiful sunrise...
After a good nights sleep and a breakfast of toast, scrambled eggs and bacon... Plus a morning of doing nothing, Miss Pinky and I finally went out for an afternoon walk towards the castle. It was a long walk, and we were walking for about two hours long!
Good Morning Fowey!! ^_^
I didn't go up to the castle because we went via the beach rather than the public pathway, and there's a hill that looked unsafe without rails... ¬_¬""
Random picture ... Walking along the riverbank

As we were eating, we were watching the rugby (not my kind of sport, and so I was instagramming)... Boring, even though I have been to two Twickenham games to watch the All Blacks (sorry to rugby fans!), we went back to the flat, relaxed for a few hours...
During that afternoon we found something in the freezer. We were quite curious at what it was so we cooked it in the oven. And guess what it was? Pastry. A pie of pastry!! Hahahahahah.

The Downside to Social Media
I love social media, it's helped me find new friends and old friends who I've lost contact with. It's allowed me to promote my podcasts, blog about my life and keep up on friends and family that I can't see everyday. But there is a downside to social media. It's seeing when friends tweet or post on facebook about a get together, or going out to dinner or an event that they attended together and you were not invited.
It's hard to not be jealous and then you start to question why they didn't invite you. It can mess with your head if you allow it. I admit that I'm bummed when things like this happen but I can also understand as I post a lot of things on twitter, facebook & blogspot about hanging with friends and I'm sure the friends that are not hanging with us are feeling the same thing. I guess there really is no easy answer to this. No one wants to feel left out, but sometimes it's bound to happen even if it's unintentional.

Fowey, Cornwall - Day 2 (Part 3/3): Sam's Bistro
Day 2 ends with food!! ^_^
After tea, Miss Pinky and I found ourselves drinking at the Yacht Club... The prices are cheap in there... We weren't sure with the Cornwall Cyder Rattlers... 6% alcoholic levels! Wow. Don't see cider with that amount of alcohol in it in London...
Anyway, afterwards, we were very, very hungry! We were advised by my colleague who we saw at the Yacht Club that we should try out one of the bistros in the area. We first looked at Sam's Bistro and then had a look at the other Bistro next door. In the end we both decided to go for Sam's Bistro! Looked friendly, cheap and buzzing with people! :D

Nice pictures!
We sat upstairs where there's a cocktail bar for people to wait for a table, but thankfully we were there before a rush of people came in!
We both wanted seafood and we definitely had seafood! :D So for starters I had the Red Mullet Tempura... Really fresh fish! I like!
Red Mullet Tempura
And can you guess what Miss Pinky had??
Mussels!!
Yep. It's mussels AGAIN!!!!! They were fresh but I didn't like the sauce much. It was too runny... I think I prefer a slightly thicker sauce.
Then next for the main courses, I had Fish and Chips with mushy peas. Oh my! It's big! Mushy peas were awesome. Chips tasted like they were from Burger King, and the battered fish was excellent! Really fresh and no bad seafood taste and smell... :D
Tasty fish and chips ^^
Miss Pinky had the seabass... Wow! She really loved this. It was something that she felt she could eat and would finish off. And yes it was tasty with the pickled veg it came with! Truly delicious. Miss Pinky was very happy!!
Seabass ^^
If I ever come to Fowey again, I think I would dine here a lot!!
Total cost came to £48.10. Not bad. Not bad at all! I think if I had all of this in London I think it would've cost an extra £10 or so...
My geeky rating: 5/5
Good points:
- Nice friendly service
- Good food and fresh seafood ^_^
- Not too expensive
- Very, very filling!!!
Bad points:
- None at all!

Grims IMC WIP 2
Alright everyone here is a quick little WIP of my progress thus far my my Drow....errrrrr Nyss Hunters. :)
More pics when you click :)
Essentially I have brought the highlights up on the armor, started by adding just a straight Vallejo Model Color English Uniform to all of the leather areas. Then I began adding P3 Menoth White Highlight to the English Uniform more and more with each layer. After three layers this is what I came up with. Also began bringing the highlights up on the purple as well. Did this by adding P3 Menoth White Highlight to the basecoat of GW Foundation Hormagaunt Purple.
I then added the metallics and got the hair finalized. With the metallics I began by basecoating all of the areas with a Rackham Polished Silver, after basecoating, I washed the swords with GW Asurmen Blue Wash, I added a GW Nuln Oil wash to the hilts and handles of the swords. I then washed the metallic portion of the bows with GW Gryponne Sepia... decided I didn't like it and followed that wash with a GW Nuln Oil wash as well. The hair was base coated with a Delta Ceramcoat Quaker Grey and washed with GW Nuln Oil. After the wash on the hair dried I reapplied the base coat. Here are the results:
Sorry for the pics... I have had one heck of a time getting a good group shot of these guys. When I finish I will try to get a really nice set up so that the pics are more crisp. But for now this is all I have.
Hope you like it!
Thanks for watching!!!

49th Episode Overall
Directed by Larry Gelbart
Written by Jim Fritzell & Everett Greenbaum
Production code B308
Original air date September 10, 1974
Set during the Korean War in the 1950’s
Plot Summary: An inspection by the strict Major General Bartford Hamilton Steele puts the 4077th on edge. The final straw comes when he orders the unit to move the camp closer to the front to be more economical and to show that a M*A*S*H unit should be mobile. On an inspection tour of the new site with Blake and Burns, Steele orders Blake to follow general military protocol in saluting him, contradicting the specific protocol not to do so when in sight of the enemy. They are promptly shot at by snipers. Steele gives Blake and Burns a choice between fighting or having lunch (Blake and Burns choose lunch). When Hawkeye sends a chopper off with a patient instead of letting the general use it to scout the new site, Steele calls for a court martial for Pierce and Blake. When Steele asks the African-American chopper pilot for a musical number and then demonstrates by dancing around singing Mississippi Mud, the Army hurriedly closes the court-martial, and Steele is sent back to the United States, where he is promoted to Lieutenant General and placed in charge of Northeast Asia.
Hope you enjoy it, Kenny
